Wild Cold Water fish is best. Trout, Salmon, Tuna, Sardines. All have the best known sources of Omega 3 fatty acids. These protect your heart, and mental function… .

They can also help alleviate arthritis pain.
Very important that you get the wild fish, not farm fish. Due to the farm diet, the fish may have high levels of mercury, or other toxins. Therefore they won’t have that high level of Omega 3.
If you’re not a big fish fan, then the fish oil supplements will be fine.

Olive oil is the number 1 choice of oils. In cooking and dressings.
It is a very healthy fat and when used regularly, people have a much lower risk of heart disease, atherosclerosis, diabetes, colon cancer and asthma. Olive oil is a very heart healthy diet. Organic extra virgin olive oil is my first choice. Rice brand oil is another good choice.
