How To Hit A Back Foot Drive
Sport : Cricket To hit a drive off the front foot is easier and more common, but a back foot drive can be particularly effective. With this shot you have slightly more time to pick your spot and space and therefore can be a great ball for hitting fours if you get to play it well. Like any stroke it requires practice, and the key with this stroke is to ensure that you try to get up as high as possible on the balls of your feet as you hit it. Of course your weight is rocked back, so keep control with a very steady head and use good elbow motion to whip over and maintain control on the ball.
