Home Working: Tips On Staying Focussed
| Business : Home Working Trying to do more than one thing at once usually leads to lack of focus. Therefore if you have several tasks to do in a day, it is usually more efficient to do them one by one consecutively rather than a bit of this, a bit of that, then a bit more of this. The reason is that it takes us a little while to get into a particular task and if we go away and come back again then we have to refamiliarise ourselves with the task at hand - not the most efficient use of time. Therefore apart from for really long tasks which it is not realistic to complete in one go, try to see if you can get things done in one go!
