How A Fresco Was Painted

Hobbies : Art

If you have seen a detailed picture of a fresco, or been up close to one, then you will know that they can be extraordinarily detailed.

As a rule this was achieved by doing the bulk of the picture of a true fresco. However it was impossible to get the fine detail using this method throughout.

Therefore the fresco element would then be left to dry, and only once the plaster had tried would the details be added in with other methods.
