However, not only will the buyer be disappointed as they don't get what they thought they were, it is also against the rules and eBay may take action against you for deliberately misleading those who view your item into thinking it is something that it is not. For instance, don't fake an autograph of an item to try to get more money for an autobiography, for instance. Always stick to the truth and don't overdo it.
