How Sociable People Can Get Exercise

Health And Fitness : Exercise Guide

If you are sociable then you might find it very hard to go for a jog, sit on an exercise bike at the gym and so on, because you like being around other people.

Therefore you should consider doing a team sport to get fit and get your exercise rather than something that is much more individual.

A good idea would be to join a tennis team or football or netball or badminton or a sport where you really have to play with and against other people.
