I Was Sold Something Online Not As Described. Refund?

Computing : Online Security

Yes, you can get a refund for something that is sold to you that comes and is different. This is classified as faulty goods and is therefore covered by your statutory rights.

For instance, if you are sold something with a physical feature or property and this turns out to be incorrect it is faulty goods and you can get your money back.

For instance if you are told a shirt is 100% pure silk, but it turns out to be only 50% silk and 50% polyester - say - then this is not as described, counts as faulty goods, and your statutory right to a refund or a replacement with the accurate goods is valid.
