This is classified as faulty goods and is therefore covered by your statutory rights. For instance, if you are sold something with a physical feature or property and this turns out to be incorrect it is faulty goods and you can get your money back. For instance if you are told a shirt is 100% pure silk, but it turns out to be only 50% silk and 50% polyester - say - then this is not as described, counts as faulty goods, and your statutory right to a refund or a replacement with the accurate goods is valid.
