Icebreaker: Business Animal
| Business : Icebreakers Ideal for new joiners to a large company. Split the group into two or more teams (depending on the number of people present) Each team is given a piece of flipchart paper. Each group is then asked to draw an animal that represents the spirit of the company they have just joined. The animal is to be composed of other animals, that each have a quality that represent the company. For instance, a group may draw an eagle, to represent the free spirit and power of a particular company. The wings may be composed of ants, because they are great at working together and show the importance of teamwork. The head may be filled with dolphins to show intelligence, and so on... Each group should try to compose their animal drawing from about five other animals.
