Here is another good stomach exercise that you can do. Use a swiss ball under knees, held in place with your legs, you lying flat on the mat.

Raise knees up, slowly, towards chest.

Now, bring the ball back to where it started, ensuring that you maintain good control throughout the movement.

As with many of these exercises, the key is control and keeping it nice and slow.
