Self Development : Happiness In order to feel happy, you will need to give yourself some time every day that is just you, where you do what you want to be. That means it could be watching your favourite TV program alone, going for a walk, or just lying down quietly and closing your eyes for 15 minutes. Whatever you decide, give yourself 15 - 30 mins every day that is just you time to do just what you want and no more and no less. That means no kids, no husband or any of the standard daily hassles
