How To Improve Reaction Times

Reaction times are key in this game, in order to react to what the opposition does and get your block or steal in, before it causes your team damage on the scoreboard.
One of the best ways to improve reaction time is with a tennis ball and a friend.
Get them to throw the ball to you at a decent speed close to you; and practice moving and catching. Get them to move you around a little - up and down, do some crouching and some above your head.
By catching the ball in time, you will quickly speed up your reactions.
Care: make sure it is not too fast that it hits you in the face!
