How To Improve Your Court Coverage

Sport : Tennis

Do you play badminton, tennis or squash? With all of these movement is critical - it is the one factor that can really help you stand out from the crowd.

When you start playing badminton, you will notice that it takes you about eight strides to get from the back of the court to the front. That is simply too many. Similarly with other sports where movement is essential.

What you need to do is learn to take big lunging strides - look at professionals in any sport and you will be amazed at how few strides they need to get from front to back, or side to side.

Practice taking big, powerful strides every week, from side to side, and from front to back. It takes a little time, but shortly you will be able to reduce the numer of steps you need to cover the court, and as a result you will move quicker and your game will improve at speed!
