If you have had a hard day at work, there are many ways to improve your mood. But what better way than with an invigorating bath, guaranteed to make you feel better? Here's what to do:

Add some vanilla extract to the warm bath water. Then, put some pine needles (you can get them from outside or the health shop) in a fine net (old pantyhose is fine) and let them soak in the warm water for a few minutes.

Remove the needles, then have your soak in the bath. They will refresh and revive you, and you will feel fantastic.
