One tactic many people use is to write a thank you letter a few days after the interview, thanking them for their time and saying how much you enjoyed the interview and so forth. You may even say that you have come up with a couple more questions, if you have, that you would like to discuss with them and that you will call in a couple of days. When you make that call try to explore if you are going to get offered the job or if they are still considering. They will be impressed that are taking the role seriously and have gone to the effort about thinking about it in more detail and so forth, and may just help swing it in your favour.
