Make it a policy of yours to always try and upsell to existing customers - once they have bought one product off you and you believe they like the product, then offer them another, perhaps at a slight discount. It is a very easy tactic to use but seldom employed. The retail industry uses this all the time, and will always try to "upsell". For instance, when you go to McDonalds and order a meal they will often ask you if you want to "Go large" (upsell). So, think like McDonalds, and always try to get the most business possible from your customers!
