Indeed, many assume that houses have it. However this should not be done, as up until recently this just was not the case. Some large, nice looking houses in residential areas may well actually not have central heating depending when they were built. Therefore consider adding central heating to the property. Admittedly this is expensive to do there is no point trying to get away from that, however remember that many people simply won't buy a house however nice it is if not centrally heated, and hence you should be able to make back the cost of having central heating installed when it comes to selling the property.
