It can take a great deal of time and patience to work out what food is affecting you and often you need to eliminate whole groups of foods to find out any particular sensititivies that you might have to one food type or another. Note that you should always try not to take aspirin for things like headaches - why - because these are known to trigger indigestion. This is because the chemicals that are so useful for blocking pain sensations are also notorious for irritating the stomach lining. Therefore use paracetamol instead.
