| Beauty : Hands And Feet Start with dry hands....Working over the sink, use a small amount of olive oil and rub in like a lotion. Take a small amount of sugar and rub this into the oiled hands and/or feet. Rinse in warm water - no soap. Dry and instant soft and healing has started. (If you don't have olive oil - which is best - you can use any kind of oil or butter. The sugar is the healing aid.)
