How To Interest An Interviewer

When you get an interview for a job. They know in about 15 minutes, whether or not you're the right candidate. They're looking for character, confidence, composed, and knowledge.

After an interview: In three days follow up with a thank you card. Shows your appreciation for them listening to you.

In three days follow up with a phone call.

You'll hear the status of their decision.

When you get an interview this is what their looking for:

I have an uncle that is an X foreman. Helped me with a few things.

They look for character, confedence, composed, and someone who is knowledgeable.

Character - Someone who will abide by the morals, and rules of a sitauation.

Confidence- Someone who may have to lead someday. Who is comfortable with the job.

Composed - Has self esteem, and is competent.

Knowledgeable. - The right person to perform the job. Skills, Motivated, and who wants to succed in their career, and can help the company succeed.

Watch yourself at an interview. Don't show a lot of enthusiasim, or aggression. Their watching for this.

To be successful, show your a hard worker, and capable of handling the possion.

For heaven sakes don't say you need the money. They'll think your just fishing, and don't really want a job with their company.

They will ask why do you want a job with their company. So be prepared.

Also a great idea. Search out as much information on this company. Be prepared when they ask questions.

Ask them questions about their company. They like this. Shows you've been paying attention.

Their looking for professionalism, and mental attitude.

Their also seeking out workers that will work in harmony. Too many bullies working for companies. Then they get out of control, and people get shot.

The older adults seeking a job. You can take an apptitude test. Then submit it with your resume. That way they can see even if you are in your late fifties, or early sixties, you haven't got one foot in the grave yet. Your facuilties are still functioning quite well. Then they'll also be aware, that you can keep up.

Good jobs go to those that go after them.

Don't give up. Go that extra mile.
