To be healthy we need proper nutrition.Our food should contain fruits and vegetables.It should be a balanced diet.A healthy mind lives in a healthy body.But these days need of the children is proper junk food.It may tasty but it is very burnful.Children these day pefer to eat pizzas,entertainment uncle chipps,finger chips etc.Instead of eating nutritional food which effects their health and give them different type of diseases like obesity cancer etc.So we should not junk food.
