How To Keep Cheese Fresh
Food And Drink : Starters There is nothing more annoying than going to have a slice of your favourite cheese only to see that, despite being well in date on the packet, it has a rather nasty set of mould growing on it, often green splurgey mould. Given this then many would throw it away but rememebr that you should actually try to STOP it getting mouldy in the first place so you don't HAVE to bin it! In order to achieve this aim simply protect the cheese from the rest of the contents of the fridge by storing it in a sandwich bag, preferably a sealable one or at least one that you can wrap around it.
