Of course, there are many, many ways to keep fit. Here are just a few hints, tips and ideas for you to consider:

- As well as exercising, eat smaller portions of food.

- Add variety to your exercise routine: it will make it more fun to undertake, and easier to perform as well

- Make sure that you warm up and down before and after an exercise session

- Set yourself goals and targets

- Keep a log or diary of how you are doing. Write down the exercise that you do each day.

- Reward yourself when you meet your goals
