You could take your child for a few laps around the block either running or on your bikes. Have a race or time yourself and try to beat your score each day. Indoor circuit training is another idea. Create a little obstacle course, and crawl under the dining table, climb over an arm chair etc. Why not hold your own mini sports day in your back garden? You could organise a three legged race, tug of war, sack race and even egg and spoon. Provide some snacks or a pic nic for half time. Spring cleaning also helps to keep you fit. Turn it into a game and involve your kids. Put some music on too to make it more fun. There are loads of different centres which offer yoga classes for children, so once they've had a few lessons, you can practise together. Its nice and relaxing too.
