It is a good idea to get into the habit early of logging information about your baby.

You should regularly note down height and weight.

The best thing to do is to start a baby log notebook and write down anything important in the book.

Also be sure to keep track of any illnesses that they have and when; for instance certainly if they get measles, mumps and chicken pox make a note of these, but also any other illnesses they might have.
