How To Know When To Squeeze A Spot

Whilst we all are told it is not a good idea, it always seems like the quickest way to get rid of them. But there are times when you really shouldn't squeeze them. So how to find out whether a spot is squeezable or not? Well, if it has a white head to it, then it can be squeezed, according to one beauty expert. It is best to do it when skin is soft and warm, after a bath or shower therefore. If the spot does not have a visible white head, then it is not ready to be squeeze apparently and should therefore be left alone!
