You can lengthen your life span, by changing your life style.

Drink a lot of water, the body needs it.

You need to improve your blood and oxygen with deep breathing exercises.
For one month try holding your breath, for thirty seconds every half hour.

Lets keep our skin healthy also.
Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
Use creams and lotions to prevent the skin from becoming too dry.

If you keep up your appearance, exercise daily, become involved in hobbies, or other activities, you can keep your mind active, and this is important.

Many of the elderly have malabsorption problems. The nutrients in the food are not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract

A diet is very important because there are many nutrients out there that can slow the aging process. When we age our bodies do not assimilate nutrients as they once did.
