Living Overseas And Expectations

Money : Overseas Property

It is important that you do not assume anything when moving overseas.

Whilst in your home country you might assume that there is running water and so on, due to location and it being obvious, don't assume anything overseas.

Otherwise, you might just make an 'ass' of 'u' and 'me' to use that cringe inducing jokey phrase business people use.

The keys are to never assume that electricity, water and sewage services are automatically in place.

Therefore be specific and ask the agent about these - it is too late once you've exchanged and whilst they should not with hold information of course, it is up to you to ask the right questions about a property.
