How To Look After Fingernails

Beauty : Skincare

This starts with your diet: you must ensure that you have enough vitamin B, calcium and protein in your diet.

Fingernails are quite delicate, so when you are cleaning or performing any activity then could cause them to snap, wear some sort of glove or other protectant to ensure that they are not exposed to snapping.

Moisturise regularly, and clip to ensure they are rounded and not exposed or jagged.

Nail polish is one of the worst causes of chipping as it can cause the nails to dry out.

I use Hoof for slow growing damaged nails. It keeps my nails strong and helps them grow. I've tried avon nail experts strong results it made my nails dry and chippy. It made my nails weak rather than strong. I also soak my nails in milk for a couple minutes once or twice a week. I don't file my nails I just clip the edges once or twice a week or as needed.
