| Career : Interviews One key measure of how you are perceived by someone else is the amount of eye contact you make with them - hence the word 'look' in the title of this article. Ensure that throughout the interview you make good eye contact. Tip: if there is more than one person interviewing you, ensure that they all get an equal amount of your attention. Many candidates will focus on just one person with their eyes, and the others will therefore sub-consciously warm to them slightly less. By sharing your attention around, you will help them feel good about you - whether they realise that's why or not!
