The one a day method is a simple but effective method of aiding weight loss.

Rather than cutting out items from the diet completely - that is very hard to do on a long term basis, particularly when you have had them every day for life - you rather restrict yourself to one of each item.

So, for instance, you would have one slice of bread a day - then no more, perhaps one cup of tea - then no more and so on.
