How To Make A Cold Pack
| Beauty : Fashion Accessories Sometimes it is really useful to have a cold pack. A cold pack refers to something that you put on say if you have a bump or a scrape in order to soothe the affected area and to stop swelling from occurring or at least help it stay down. In order to do this all that you need to do is get your old friend the wet facecloth. You shove this in some sort of sandwich bag that can fully seal in order to keep the moisture in, and then you freeze this. And then that becomes your cold pack whenever you need it!
