How To Make A Delicious Healthy Salad

We all know that a good salad with no dressing is really good for you.

However we also know that it can be lacking in flavour somewhat and therefore these are hard to have day in and day out!

Therefore why not add some flavour and interest whilst retaining the goodness of your salad?

For instance add things like olives, pine nuts, some chick peas, mint, walnut and even pickled onion.. all of these will add some more flavours and interest and varying over days will give you many new combinations to try.
