And here's how to make that Halloween pumpkin: - First, buy a fresh large pumpkin, big enough to work with - Cut through the stem end and remove (this circular piece of pumpkin will be the top), and with a big spoon scoop out all seeds and pulp : warning: can be hard work! - Once empty, use a pen to draw your desired pattern on the face. For instance: - two large triangles for the eyes - a smaller one for the nose - a banana shape for the smile, with zig zags for teeth - Cut using a knife blade - Place a candle inside and light, for that classic halloween pumpkin look! Note: be very careful when working with a knife, should only be done by adults! Also don't leave a candle burning without supervision.
