How To Make An Attacker Lame
Self Development : Self Defence If you want to make the person who is attacking you go lame temporarily so you can escape, here is another technique that is simple but that you should have in your mind should you ever be in the unfortunate situation of having an aggressor attacking you. What you do is bend your knees slightly, and curl your toes, and then aim for the knee or groin with your kick. If you get a good connection then this will leave your attacker unable to concentrate on attacking you for at least a short moment and therefore enable you to make a hasty getaway, preferably screaming as you run - now is not the time to suffer from embarrassment or hesitation - you've done the fight, now comes the flight.
