Many people give up on exercise after a while. The reason is often simply that they do not find it fun.
Well, why not put the fun back into exercise?
The best way to do this is to exercise in groups. For instance, if you have friends who cycle, why not organise some bike rides in local hilly terrain or parks?
It's great fun, fantastic exercise, and of course the social element makes it all a lot more interesting than just performing the exercise on your own.
If you really are fed up of exercise, then there is no harm in taking a break for a week or so - as long as the week doesn't extend into a month long period or more!
