How To Make Flying Saucers For Kids' Parties

Food And Drink : Party Food

Cut rounds - 7cm and 8cm - in thawed out puff pastry sheets.
Place a spoonful of sausage mince mixed with grated onions and mushrooms onto the centre of the smaller pastry rounds. Moisten the edges and top with the larger rounds. Brush with milk or beaten egg and bake at 180C until golden. While still hot, dot around the upper edges of each 'saucer' with dabs of ketchup and mint jelly to give the appearance of lights.
