How To Make Quick And Tasty Vegetarian Chilli

Add a tin of tomatoes, a tin of red kidney beans, a packet of chil con carne mix (any brand) and a cupfull of soya meat mince style. Leave to soak for 10 minutes, then bring to the boil and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes! Hey Presto! Delicious with Baked Potatoes or Rice and fresh baguette.
