Well, if you have a blade sharpener then certainly one option is to use that in order to sharpen the scissors as well as the knives that it is designed for. However if you don't have one then another simple tip is to use sandpaper. All that you do is to cut through some sandpaper with the scissors and this should make the scissors sharper as a result of cutting through the sandpaper.
