(46) Best to back up your email addresses now so that if anything should happen to your computer you will be able to put it back easily and without the problems of finding them all out again: all you have to do is select File, export, address book. Save it as a text file give it a name, and choose the field of information that you want to save.



(47) If Outlook express is not your default client, and you want it to be, then all you have to do is click on Tools, Options, General tab to find the option that you desire.



(48) Want to print a message, Ctrl + P is the option that you need.



(49) Check spelling in those important emails before you send them out to create the right impression. Spelling mistakes look bad, especially if you are sending something to someone you want to impress, or a business email etc., to do this all you have to do is press F7 to launch the spelling check.



(50) To send and receive your email, you don't have to go via the menus every single time to do the desired accounts, or click on the icon at the top of the screen. All you have to do is press Ctrl + M to send and receive quickly and easily.
