If you want to feel good about yourself, then why not indulge yourself physically and mentally for a day?

Take some time for yourself - some me time - as it were, and do some things to make you feel good.

First of all, get a new hairstyle, a manicure or something to make you feel beautiful.

Treat yourself to a new outfit and wear it at home.

Next, get out your favourite film or a new book and have a read or a watch eating your favourite food.

These simple things can make you feel good about yourself and restore your energy and help you with the rest of your week.
