Health And Fitness : Dieting Tips

Always eat breakfast as this will kick start your body’s engine with some healthy food. You will be less likely to binge later too. Try porridge or fresh fruit.

Try and eat 20 different, healthy foods every day to ensure you are getting all the nutrients your body is longing for. It will make you feel healthier too.

Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water. This will help you feel less hungry also.

Plan your meals in advance and write a list and stick to it. Never shop when you’re hungry either as you will buy unhealthy foods.

Eat protein with complex carbs to give you lots of energy which is released over a longer period of time and will help you feel fuller for longer.

Add in some exercise to your daily routine to burn off any extra calories as well as keeping fit. Even cleaning the car or hovering will count as exercise, so you can be productive at the same time.

Avoid sugary foods and your cravings should start to go away.
