| Money : Money Management Some people who are entitled to state benefits don't claim them. This may be because they feel somehow ashamed of asking for what they have genuine need for or can put claim to, whilst for others they are simply unaware of what is out there to help them. Therefore if you are finding it hard to make ends meet then it is always worthwhile asking the authorities if you are eligible for any benefits. In the UK this means getting in touch with the Citizens Advice Bureau for (free and confidential) advice with regard to state benefits, and and whether you might be eligible - and if so how to claim them. Definitely a conversation that is worth having!
