Health And Fitness : Massage If you have bulging biceps, or even if you don't, you can still reward that part of the body with a massage. The technique here is really simple and you can pretty much do what you want. The basic hold is to grip around the arm and muscle with one hand, in effect using either the left or right hand on the opposite arm to clamp the muscle in place. Then simply gently roll the fingers around on the top of the muscle, with the thumb doing the same motion on the underside of the muscle. This can feel really relaxing and satisfying and is therefore a fun massage to try on yourself or, why not, others!
