Here's how to give yourself a foot massage!

Simply sit with your choice of foot - left or right - resting over the thigh of the other leg.

Hold the ankle of the chosen foot fairly loosely and then rotate it around with your other hand.

Then reverse it rotate the other way to that which you just rotated.

Also work down the foot stroking in a circular motion from top to bottom.

Also pay attention to the front and back of the foot and the toes, rubbing gently. You may like to use some cream or moisturiser whilst doing so to help the massage and remove any friction that may otherwise occur.
