It is actually possible to massage your own lower back in most cases, though this is best done in the privacy of your own home!

Here is how to try to give yourself a massage to your lower back and ease away the strains of sitting in that office chair all day at work at the computer.

All that you do is this:

Lie on your back with bent knees, feet flat to the floor.

Then use a soft squishy ball placed under the lower back at point of your choice, and gently move your body around on the surface of the ball.

Thus in effect the ball gives the massage rather than you having to try and contort around with your hands!

Simply shift around the ball as desired and then squirm around again! It sounds silly but try it, you might just like it.
