This protects the skin from developing more wrinkles. Avoid alcohol, subathing, and smoking as these speed up the aging process. Wear sunglasses, protection cream and cover up with long sleeves if needed. Invest in a decent skin moisturiser to help hydrate it and keep you looking young and fresh. Use twice daily - once after a shower, and again before bed. Remove all make up before you sleep. Consider Retinol if it really gets you down. Its also an acne remedy, but can reduce wrinkles. Dont be tempted by cosmetic surgery as this is expensive and dangerous. Theres no point, just love the skin you're in. Get lots of sleep as this will reduce stress levels and wont make you so tired which also speeds up aging.
