How To Make That Baked Potato Healthier

Most of us love a good baked potato - real comfort food, easy to prepare and great tasting.

The trouble is the topping that you tend to apply - perhaps with lashings of melted cheese. Delicious, but also fattening!

So what can you do? Well, why not try to have a little low fat yoghurt on top of the potato, instead of something like lots of cheese or butter.

This is still nice tasting but much better for you.
