How To Monitor The Foods You Eat

Many people go straight into a diet, with point plans, or set meals, or other structure that requires great discipline.

However it is important first off to understand what your current diet looks like, and to make changes to that rather than just go on an impersonal plan.

Therefore before even considering dieting, eat normally for a week and monitor exactly what you eat - the meals, what you eat the most of what you have the least of, your favourite foods, and work out the average calorie intake.

That way you will know what to target when you diet and can construct a program unique to you - a better chance of success results!
