Use oat soap bags to make a refreshing bath.

Make a coconut rose body whip to help heal and soothe dry skin.

You can use a rosemary and mint foot scrub in order to refresh and revitalise tired and sore feet, especially after a long day at work.

An oatmeal scrub will help to soothe and refresh your skin. Green tea bath bombs can be made to create a relaxing bath. You could also try mango and lime, honey, strawberries or rose milk if you prefer. You can even have a bubble bath made from chocolate or vanilla.

Ginger, basil, mint and parsley leaves all help to freshen up bad breath. You can also try eating an apple. A teaspoon of baking soda on your tooth brush along with some water also helps and it can even whiten your teeth as well.

If you cant stand waiting ages for your nails to dry after painting them, then dip them straight into ice cold water or use cooking oil to spray them with. This should dry them more quickly.
