There are a host of keyboard shortcuts you can use on Windows keyboards to do this, and it is worth learning some of them. Press ctrl + C to copy highlighted text Press ctrl + V to paste it press ctrl + X to cut some text You will find that the more you use the computer the more you will need to manipulate and move text that you enter, therefore these are real time savers.
